Our Credo

We believe our first responsibility is to the customer who patronizes our restaurants.Our products must always be of the highest quality. We must constantly strive to produce consistently great food items in a prompt and timely manner.

We believe our second responsibility is to those who work with us. The men and women in our restaurants must have a sense of security in their jobs, and compensation must be fair and adequate. Management must be just and working conditions safe and orderly. Employees must feel free to make suggestions to improve the quality of the restaurant environment.Managers must be qualified and trained.There must be opportunity for advancement for those qualified. Each person must be considered an individual standing on his own dignity and merit.

We believe our third responsibility is to our management team. Our managers must be persons of talent, ability, integrity, and common sense. They must be individuals who strive for full understanding and strive to complete the tasks devolving upon then in a timely manner. They must continue to think of themselves as pioneers resulting in excellence of reputation. They must work with passion, commitment andenthusiasm. Individual opportunities and rewards are based on the creativity, productivity and diligence of all management as they attack each task as a team.

Our fourth responsibility is to the communities in which we live. We must be good citizens and good neighbors. We must maintain in good order the property which we are privileged to use and acquaint the community with our activities. We must remind ourselves that our customers trust themselves, their families and their friends to our good service. We have aresponsibility to our patrons to uphold the standards of the community which they have welcomed us into.

Our fifth responsibility is to the company. Business must make a sound profit. We must be able to be goal focused and bottom line oriented while never straying from or compromising our principles. If we fanatically adhere to these concepts we will succeed. We must always do what is best for the company by always doing what is best for the customer, our employees, our management team, our communities, and our stores.
